Security & confidentiality

Our policy is to treat the content of all client material as confidential. We are very used to handling particularly sensitive material, and all of our typists have signed a Confidentiality Agreement, safeguarding the content of your material.  

If you choose to submit material to us digitally via our FTP site, you can be assured that it is virtually impossible for files to go astray. The following safeguards ensure this security: 

• Password protected access on a per client basis
• Intelligent, regularly updated security rules on a CISCO router actively defending against suspicious web activity
• Media files only kept on the system as long as necessary

Our server is physically located within a ring-fenced site with sophisticated and extensive security features. 

If you choose to submit material to us in a solid state, again you can be assured that your material will be treated with the utmost care. However, for your own peace of mind, we would suggest you send us copies rather than master tapes wherever possible; but we haven't lost a tape yet!
