Timecode

We can read timecode from anything and insert it into your transcript.

Timecoded audio cassettes have a reputation for being problematic.

Not at Take 1!

Our sophisticated signal filtering means we will be able to read your timecode.

  • Timecoded audio cassette
  • Timecoded DAT
  • Timecoded DVD
  • Timecoded minidisc
  • Timecoded mp3
  • Timecoded VHS
  • Timecoded wav
  • Broadcast WAV

BITC

When creating VHS or DVD dubs with BITC, if you have the option, please place the window burn at the top of the screen, otherwise it can obscure captions and other on-screen text. (particularly important on Post Production Scripts)

LTC

Longitudinal timecode can be recorded from the camera onto: audio cassette, minidisc, DAT or mp3 recorder. You can use Channel 1 or Channel 2. It doesn't matter.
